Webenetics developed a Project Management Module, allowing Dupont plant supervisors and managers with limited computer experience to input the daily production pounds of engineered polymers produced in the plant. The system then calculates daily income and profit. In addition, this data is automatically fed into a database used to construct historical production reports.

DuPont management used the systems reports to determine whether the plant is meeting its monthly revenue goals. The system also contains a feature permitting all variables (i.e. price/pound, yield, labor costs, etc.) needed in the revenue calculations to be adjusted dynamically. The model, therefore, continuously reflects the performance of the manufacturing facility. The program enables operations to take ownership of the income statement and then report to management.
