Webenetics completes project Peer Review and Security Analysis for the National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Instutions (NACHRI). NACHRI asked Webenetics to review its efforts at upgrading its Virtual Pediatric Care Unit (vPICU) software that provides member Hospitals with consolidated comparitive performance data. Webenetics provided its expertise and helped NACHRI identify security issues, both physical and software related, and set guidelines for an effective peer review process.

Webenetics successfully delivers Phase II of its .Net Microfinance Rating Fund application to World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and European Union. The software provides users in developing countries with the ability to review MicroFinance Institutions in their regions. The Rating Fund features multi-language capability, online applications and comparisons, Excel exports, reporting, and a dynamic, back-end administrative interface that includes a Content Management System (CMS) enabling users to dynamically manage users, documents, and site content. Webenetics adds its first overseas client. CAPAF (Programme de renforcement des capacités des IMF en Afrique Francophone), promotes a market approach for viable capacity building services of Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), including training, technical support, information dissemination in 15 Francophone African countries and Haiti. Forced to rely on local Senegalese infrastructure and an ISP that limited mailing lists to 20, CAPAF found it extremely cumbersome to send information updates to its own members and affiliated agencies. Webenetics successfully delivers Microfinance Rating Fund application to the World Bank, IDB, and EU. The Rating Fund aims to increase the availability of high-quality, reliable information on the risk and performance of Microfinance Institutions. The Rating Fund is a joint initiative of Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the World Bank's Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP), and the European Union (EU).

The application is written in Microsoft .Net and C# on a SQL Server backend. The Rating Fund features multi-language capability, online applications and comparisons, Excel exports, reporting, and a dynamic, back-end administrative interface that includes a Content Management System (CMS) enabling users to dynamically manage users, documents, and site content. Webenetics successfully delivers its Webenetics Portal to the World Bank's Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP). CGAP Needed a way to consolidate customer data and simplify data gathering and customer outreach. Webenetics branded and customized the Portal's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Module to CGAP’s specifications and migrated data into the robust Webenetics Portal system.

The Webenetics Portal provides a user-friendly, division-specific alternative to existing, cumbersome World Bank-wide information systems. The Portal provides a central contact database and greatly simplified the creation of mailing lists and mailing labels, enabling information push through targeted lists and eNewsletters created through its online Content Management System (CMS). Webenetics to donate services and it's WebeneticsCMS (Content Management System) to the Lorton Arts Foundation. Through "adaptive re-use and revitalization of a portion of the former D.C. Correctional Complex in Lorton, Virginia, The Workhouse will be reinvented as a 55-acre cultural arts campus that promises to be one of the most important creative communities in the country."

The Arlington e-Council holds the third annual "Tech-E Awards" highlighting outstanding Arlington-based technology companies. Webenetics recently joined the Arlington Chamber of Commerce's e-Council. The e-Council identifies and meets the evolving needs of Arlington's technology sector by promoting an entrepreneurial business environment and supporting an interconnected community.

Webenetics to serve on board of non-profit "Computers 4 Students, " to bring technology to disadvantaged youth... Computers 4 Students provides students and adult learners with Internet-ready computers to help break down the economic, social, and cultural barriers to computing. By refurbishing donated and surplus computers, Computers 4 Students provides an easy and economical way for those in need to own a computer. Computers 4 Students works with schools, nonprofit organizations, and community computer training centers to identify disadvantaged families and students in need of home computers.

...Webenetics partners with Minerva Network Systems, a provider of Network Consulting and fully managed Hosting and Colocation Services. Minerva's State-of-the-Art Network Operating Center houses the Webenetics Portal. The facility is equipped with quintuple redundant fiber optic OC-48 connectivity, raised floors, HVAC temperature control systems, uninterruptible power supplies with a backup diesel generator, and dry fire suppression systems. Physical security features include biomettric access (palm readers), video surveillance cameras, motion detectors, vaulted doors, secured cage racks, and 24 hour secured access.
